When Can I Pick Up My Nametag?

Nametag pick-up will be available in the Pamplin Atrium on several dates. You will need your Hokie Passport or Student ID number to pick up your nametag. We strongly recommend picking up your nametag before the Career Fair to avoid long lines during the event.

• Tuesday, August 29th from 10 AM - 3 PM

• Wednesday, August 30th from 10 AM - 3 PM

• Thursday, August 31st from 10 AM - 3 PM

• Tuesday, September 5th from 10 AM - 2 PM

What Events Will I Need My Nametag For?

Students will receive one nametag that will serve as their entrance ticket to all Business Horizons events:

• Meet the Firms - Tuesday, September 5th from 2 PM - 5 PM | Squires Commonwealth Ballroom

• Business Horizons Day 1 - Wednesday, September 6th from 10 AM - 3 PM | Squires Commonwealth Ballroom

• Business Horizons Day 2 - Thursday, September 7th from 10 AM - 3 PM | Squires Commonwealth Ballroom
